Excerpt
from Book “With the busy lives
we lead, we quite often function
on the level of what needs to get done today, what is going on tonight,
what is happening tomorrow, and anything we need to plan for in
the next few days. When living and thinking in the present or near
future, we do not consider the possibility, much less plan for,
a crisis in our life; an illness, a death, accident, or any other
sudden changes in life until we get a scare of our own.
Stop and think: if you were to be in an accident tomorrow and end
up in the hospital for months, would someone be able to take over
your affairs?
If your parent was to become critically ill or the person who has
named you as their power of attorney was to pass away do you know
where to find the important documents, bank and insurance information,
wills, etc? Do you know their wishes as to where they want their
special keepsakes to go or who they are to go to? Where would you
start?”

Testimonial
for Realtors
Recently I had the
experience of choosing a Realter for my mother's home. I interviewed
3 Realters and each gave their marketing presentaiton, cost of
house, etc. All were fairly similar in ideas, commissions etc.
After hearing your presentation of what you do by organizing and
decluterring homes, I thought, wow, I wish one of those Realters
had given me some sort of voucher service if I chose them to list
the house they would include some hours of yours to help me ready
the house for customers. That would have made my choice easy as
it was something in it for me, as well as the potential customer.
I think you should pitch this idea to Realters who are interested
in standing out from the regular crowd.
Pauline, just to let
you know that the reaction I hoped for was realized. Pat was flabbergasted
and just couldn't believe it. He thought it was the best Christmas
present I could have thought of- over the top he said.
He was so impressed by the end result, he asked me for some of
your cards so that he could promote your services to some of his
clients. I will send pics to you in the next few days plus his
reaction. It was the best.
Thanks again, what a great day.
3. Speaking Testimonial “Thank you so much
for doing an awesome job on Sat. The comments after and on paper
were very positive. Someone mentioned next time we need the men
to come. I was on a high that day until I went to bed that night.”
